Chef's Table
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to enjoy exclusive gourmet dishes and beverages at the Chef’s Table. Formerly known as Dr. Zhu, this individual boasts seven years of surgical experience before making a career shift into the culinary world. After attending Cordon Bleu in Shanghai, they assumed the role of head chef at BLAZ, a charming bistro established in October 2020, situated in the backyard of a picturesque villa at 20 Donghu Road. BLAZ's menu, though concise, showcased a blend of French cuisine and other culinary influences, with each dish bearing the unique imprint of their culinary artistry. Having departed from the restaurant industry, they now concentrate on researching local ingredients and preparing for the launch of their upcoming culinary venture next year. (Seats are limited, with a maximum of 20 people per day.)
