Call for Entries for New Materials Awards
The New Materials Design and Application Awards is trying to bridge the gap between New material development and design application. It challenges designers and corporations to dencipher the world of material. The NMDAA is looking for recently developed materials or design applications in any industry from fashion, interior, product, automobile to architecture.(not older than 2 years) New Materials Awards dedicates itself to all curious minds who are not only pushing the limit of performance and innovation, but also tackling the problems of our world with beauty, sustainability and respect for our heritage. It opens to artist, designers and scientists, corporations and brands, anyone who cares to develop or apply new materials.
There are two awards that open to individual and corporations:
Individual Group ( 5 winning entries)
Corporation Group( 5 winning entries)
Individual Group ( 5 winning entries)
Corporation Group( 5 winning entries)
*Individual:Students,Individual Designers,Design Studio (under 10 people)
*Corporate:Material Corporations,Material Research Institutions,Brands
Prize:
-Selected and winning entries will be exhibited at Design Shanghai 2020 and Design China Beijing 2020 .
-All winning entries will receive a trophy and certificate issued by the committee.
-All winning entries will receive official media partner’s coverage.
-Neuni Materials Library membership and fellowship

*Registration closes on: 5th of May 2020
