Awakening the sleeping factory, implanting new life in art
a park, formerly known as Shenzhen Chengfeng Electronics Factory, has a beautiful name "Beautiful 9" because it is located at No. 9 Meili Road. With more than 20 years of changes, Chengfeng Electronics Factory has also ushered in a new role and historical mission - a park, an art park rooted in Meilin and empowered with new imagination of future life.
Located in the back garden of Futian CBD, a park is connected to the main axis of the city center and divided into 9 ecological parks. The project consists of 7 single buildings with a total construction area of about 65,000m², integrating art-ecology-humanity, building an art-ecological complex integrating creativity, fashion, business, office, residence and other functions in a diffuse oxygen oasis.
