Amanda has many years of design and project management experience in both China and globally. She currently serves as the Project Director for the Workplace Studio at Gensler's Shanghai office, where she is fully responsible for overseeing the design quality and direction, as well as actively mentoring and developing young design talent. As a key member of the team, Amanda adheres to a human-centric design philosophy and is committed to providing clients with exceptional design solutions while making a positive impact on the community. Her project experience spans multiple practice areas, including office, commercial, cultural, and sports spaces, ranging from large-scale headquarters and stadium interiors to small retail and healthcare clinics.
