Cheng Gong is the Studio Director of Snøhetta, China and one of the earliest members of the practice in the Asia. He recently established Snøhetta’s new studio in Shenzhen. Cheng plays an important role in Snøhetta’s major Chinese projects, including the Shanghai Grand Opera House, Beijing Sub-Center Library, Hangzhou concert hall and Jaeger-leCoultre Shanghai flagship. Cheng completed his education at Southern California Institute of Architecture in Los Angles. He is a member of The Association of Norwegian Architects. He was the guest critic at Syracuse University, New York.
