Julia has more than 20 years’ work experience in Bayer and later Covestro, heading various functions and cross-regional projects, including Head of Office Management, Chairperson of Trade Union, Employee Wellbeing, Lead of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion APAC. Julia started to assume the role as Head of Corporate Communications APAC, Covestro on 1 July 2021, leading 6 teams located in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei, Tokyo, Bangkok and Mumbai respectively. She and the projects she led have been recognized with multiple prestigious awards and certifications. Effective Jan. 2020, Julia was appointed as the Advisor of MIND Concept Advisory of International WELL Building Institute.
