Min Wei, an architect, artist and designer, a Shanghai native, and working and living in Shanghai.Min Wei, a Bachelor of Architecture from Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts and an MBA from the School of Management, Fudan University. Currently, she’s Director and General Manager of SPARK China. She also won the award of Pioneer Architect TOP 100 award from IAF, and is one of the Shanghai Urban Renewal Professional Talent s.She has been, since graduation from college, working as an architectural designer, while the COVID-19 pandemic that brought the world to a halt in 2020 left her more time to start painting again. Thus was born the serial abstract color paintings entitled “2 Circle 2 Color ”, put on display in her first solo exhibition in 2022 under the same title in Shanghai Kubrick Bookstore. In 2024, following this series, her second solo exhibition “Emotional Bonds ” is being held in the Belgian House, Shanghai.
